The inheritance of our country ! (Gazette 14 - Article 1)

It is often reproached to us for collecting weapons. It is not politically correct, because since a few years, everything connected with the weapons is regarded as being unhealthy, odd. One looks us like odd people, from another age, dinosaurs. It is possible that, by impassioning us for the arms in general and the bayonets in particular, we have a sight of another age. That the interest that we carry to the armament is out dated. It should be known that the inheritance of our country is mainly with the hands of the private individuals.
It is not a question here to consider only the collectors, but the whole of the population. Each one in his home has an object, a piece of furniture, a document, a photograph, a book, a memory full of history....
