n the Gazette volume 13, an odd bayonet was brought to your attention, certainly authentic, kind of missing link between the French model 1874, model 1878 and the Romanian model 1879 Martini Peabody. The drawing was clear and the explanations too, but this hasn’t brought any answer or complementary question. There is no real problem, we are used to that…..
A recall could be useful, the recovery being not yet obtained. So now we are showing you some photographs of this piece and, who knows, some explanations will arise and complete this study.
